Is this managed hosting?
No. Cloud Support helps you deploy and operate the public core in your own environment. Storage, AI, CDN, email, and database accounts remain yours.
How does billing work at launch?
Launch access is waitlist + invite-only. There is no public checkout in v1.0. We review use case fit first, then send onboarding instructions.
What response time do you offer?
The launch scope is advisory support with a response target within 2 business days. It does not include an uptime SLA or 24/7 incident response.
Do you provide a DPA?
Yes. The downloadable template is linked below and the privacy policy explains the processor boundary for support interactions.
